Here is how most visits go, from the phone call to the follow-up.2
Every visit follows a simple rhythm: listen, examine, explain, decide and follow up.
You call or message us on WhatsApp, and we suggest a time within clinic hours. We answer in clinic hours.
You are greeted at the reception, and you are asked for your contact details and a short health history. This takes only a few minutes.
Dr. Shah asks what brought you in and what you hope to achieve. She also asks about your worries.
She checks the teeth, gums and bite, and takes an X-ray if it will help. The whole mouth is checked, not only the sore tooth. A mirror and light are used, and nothing hurts.
She shows you what she sees and explains the options, the risks and what can wait. Ask as many questions as you like.
You decide at your own pace, and the stages are agreed in order. Nothing is started until you agree.
If treatment goes ahead, the area is numbed when needed and each step is explained before it happens. You are told what to expect at each step.
You receive written aftercare, and we set the next visit or recall interval. Written instructions go home with you.
Cost depends on your evaluation. We explain it before treatment, not afterwards.
Because every mouth is different, we do not quote a figure before examining you. After the examination, Dr. Shreya Shah explains the plan, and the cost of each stage is discussed so that you can decide with full information.

Yes. Children and adults are seen for check-ups and everyday care, and families can book one after another. If a child needs more than a general dentist can provide, we refer.
Instruments are cleaned and sterilised between patients, and surfaces are wiped down, following standard infection-control practice. If you would like to know more, ask at your visit and we will explain what we do. You are welcome to ask anything at your first visit, however small it seems. Hand hygiene, gloves, masks and clean surfaces are part of every visit, and you can ask to see how a pouch of sterilised instruments is opened.
