Multiple teeth implants replace two or more missing permanent teeth using titanium implants that support separate crowns or a fixed implant-supported bridge. They may suit adults with healthy or treatable gums, adequate bone or grafting potential, and suitable general health. The main benefit is stable tooth replacement without preparing healthy neighbouring teeth.
At Assured Dental Care, treatment begins with an assessment of the missing-tooth spaces, remaining teeth, gums, jawbone, bite, medical history, and long-term cleaning needs. The implant, bridge, and removable-denture options are explained before treatment proceeds.
Assured Dental Care is a dental clinic in Andheri West, Mumbai, where multiple teeth implants are planned around the length of the gap, the strength of the jawbone and the bridge that will span it. When two or more teeth in a row are missing, a few titanium posts can carry a fixed bridge, so you do not need one implant for every lost tooth. The number and spacing of posts follow your bite and bone, not a standard pattern.
Your care is led by Dr. Shreya Shah, Chief Dentist. She starts by checking whether any teeth left in the area can be treated and kept. If you are looking for an implant dentist in Andheri West for several lost teeth, the first visit gives you an examination, X-rays and a plain explanation of the steps, the waiting time and the risks.

Multiple teeth implants at Assured Dental Care in Andheri West, Mumbai use a few titanium posts in the jawbone to carry a fixed bridge across a gap of several teeth. Dr. Shreya Shah plans each case after an examination and X-rays. The bridge is usually fitted after three months or more of healing.
Examination, X-rays and planning start at your first visit, subject to availability.
An implant-supported bridge stays in place when you eat and speak, and it does not need to be taken out.
Implants hold the bridge, so healthy teeth at the ends of the gap are not shaped.
Multiple teeth implants replace two or more neighbouring missing teeth. Titanium posts are placed in the jawbone, and a fixed bridge is attached to them. Because a bridge can span the space between implants, the number of implants is often smaller than the number of missing teeth.
A traditional dental bridge is anchored to the natural teeth at each end of the gap, which must be shaped to hold it. An implant-supported bridge is anchored to implants in the bone, so those teeth are left alone. If a tooth in the gap is still present but failing, root canal treatment may keep it.3
Several teeth are usually lost to decay, gum disease, fractures or injury. After teeth are gone the bone slowly shrinks, and teeth on either side can drift into the gap. Because every case differs, the plan is based on your own bone, bite and teeth.
A few well-placed implants can carry a bridge across a gap, and the plan is set by your own bone and bite.

Dr. Shreya Shah decides suitability only after an examination, a medical history and X-rays. These are the general patterns.
Not every gap needs implants. A traditional bridge, a denture or leaving the gap may suit some people better. If only one tooth is missing, see single tooth implant. If gum disease is part of the picture, gum treatment usually comes first.
Suitability rests on your gums, bone, health and habits, and it is confirmed only after an examination.
The right option depends on how many teeth are missing, where they are and how much bone is available. Dr. Shah explains each option, including not replacing the teeth.
Two or more implants hold a fixed bridge across the gap. The number and position of implants depend on the length of the gap, the bone and the bite.
Healing: about 3 months or moreIn some gaps each missing tooth gets its own implant and crown. This needs enough bone and space for every implant, and it makes cleaning easier in some mouths.
Planned per siteIf most teeth in a jaw are missing, the plan changes. Read about All-on-4, full mouth dental implants or the main dental implants guide.
Planned per jaw| Compare | Implant-supported bridge | Bridge on natural teeth | Partial denture |

Implants, bridges and dentures each suit different gaps, and we explain all three before you choose.
Most patients have a planning visit, a surgery visit, a healing period and a fitting visit. Your plan may have more or fewer steps.
The bridge is planned first, and the implants are placed to carry it.
Dr. Shah reviews the missing teeth, your dental history, medical conditions, medicines, allergies and tobacco use. She examines the gap, the remaining teeth, the gums and your bite.
Digital X-rays show the remaining teeth and the bone. If they do not show enough, a 3D scan such as a CBCT may be advised to check the bone, nerves and sinus, and you are told why it is needed.
Active decay, gum inflammation and infection are treated before implant surgery. Gum problems may need periodontal treatment first.
The number, position and angle of the implants are planned from the bridge they must carry. You hear the alternatives, the stages and the risks before you consent.
Teeth that cannot be saved are removed, and a bone graft builds up thin bone, either first or during placement.4
The area is numbed and you stay awake. Channels are prepared in the bone, the implants are placed and the gum is closed with stitches or fitted with healing caps.
The gum heals over days to weeks while the bone bonds to the implants. Many implants need at least three months before they carry the bridge. A removable temporary can sometimes be used meanwhile.
An impression or digital scan records the position of the implants. The laboratory makes the bridge, which is checked for fit, bite, appearance and cleaning access before it is attached.
Cost depends on your evaluation. Gaps of the same length can call for very different plans, so no single figure applies to everyone.
After your examination and X-rays, Dr. Shreya Shah sets out the stages in order. The cost attached to each stage is explained before you decide whether to proceed.
Call 08806796696 or message us on WhatsApp. Go to a hospital emergency department for breathing or swallowing difficulty, or swelling that reaches your eye or neck. A bridge that has come loose, or any other urgent problem, is covered on our dental emergency treatment page.
Early contact keeps small problems small.
Good planning means saying when to wait or choose differently, as well as when to go ahead.
You come to the first visit for information, and no surgery is done. Bring questions about the gap, your health and the time you can give.
Take along earlier X-rays and reports, plus a list of your regular medicines. Tell us about allergies, diabetes, heart problems, blood thinners and tobacco use. A bridge or denture that has come loose, or pain and swelling, is a reason to phone first so that we can try to see you the same day.

Dr. Shah talks through every option, its stages and its risks in plain words, and you take the decision at your own speed.
Teeth with damage are looked at for repair before any are removed. Implants come into the plan when a tooth cannot sensibly be kept, or is already lost.
The span of the gap, your bite and the bridge design set how many posts go in and where, so the bone is not the only guide.
Digital X-rays are taken first. A CBCT scan is added only if they leave open questions about bone, nerves or sinus.
If a case calls for training beyond what the clinic has, Dr. Shah says so and passes the work to a suitably trained clinician.

Multiple teeth implants are planned for each person, so the cost is given only after your evaluation. It depends on how many teeth are missing, how many implants are needed, the implant system, the amount of bone and any graft, whether teeth must be removed first, the design and material of the bridge and the imaging required. After the examination, Dr. Shreya Shah explains the plan and the cost of each stage before you decide.
Not always. Two implants can sometimes carry a bridge that replaces three teeth. The number of implants depends on the length of the gap, the bone, the bite forces and the design of the bridge. Dr. Shah decides this after your examination and X-rays.
A normal bridge is anchored to the natural teeth at each end of the gap, so those teeth must be shaped. An implant-supported bridge is anchored to implants in the bone, so the natural teeth are left untouched. The implant route needs surgery and a longer timeline.
Implants are normally placed under local anaesthesia, so the area is numb and you stay awake. You may feel pressure or vibration. Mild soreness, swelling or bruising can follow and usually settles over several days. Tell us if pain gets worse instead of better after the third day.
A straightforward case commonly takes about three to nine months from the first visit to the final bridge. Implants often need at least three months to bond with the bone. Removing teeth, bone grafts or placing several implants can make the timeline longer.
Same-day temporary teeth are possible in selected cases. It depends on infection, bone quality, how firmly the implants sit and the bite. We do not promise it before the findings are reviewed.
Replacing most teeth in a jaw is planned differently from replacing two or three. Options such as All-on-4 or full mouth rehabilitation are assessed separately after an examination and imaging, and the pages on those treatments explain how they differ.
Clean under and around the bridge every day with the floss, interdental brush or water flosser we show you, and attend maintenance visits. Plaque around implants can inflame the gum and bone, so regular cleaning and check-ups matter.
If two or more teeth are missing, or a partial denture keeps moving, an evaluation shows whether implants suit you. If another clinic has given you an implant plan, we are glad to give a second opinion. Call or message us in clinic hours and we will confirm a time.
